As part of D&AD New Blood 2014, British Council set a brief which challenged students to create a bilingual brand identity for Dressing The Screen: The Rise Of Fashion Film. This exhibition, held in Moscow this year, focuses on experimental, abstract films commissioned by leading fashion designers to promote their ranges.
 
Nick Knight, founder of fashion film hub ShowStudio, says: “When a fashion designer creates a garment they always create it to be seen in movement.” I decided the branding should also have this quality. I set about creating brand imagery based around the movement of a camera lens.
