The main goal of developing a new website on a new platform was making a smoother user experience on the website, the previous platform was not working that well. Creation of the AFTER 23.05 website took 3,5 months before the final release from the scratch. I was a UX/UI designer and a project manager on the project, communicating with the client's team and Insales team to deliver the product in time. 

We faced a few obstacles during the development with catalogue composure on back end and editing of the website logic because the previous structure did not serve us on the Insales platform. I closely worked with the product and development team to ensure the correct structure of the product matrix. 

We started from the examples of the website design the client desires, then I composed a brief for the Insales team with the design draft of the product card on front end, color scheme, fonts. I also updated the corporate style of AFTER 23.05 during that time.

We approved the website structure, design and moved to development. I wanted to make a clean, stylish and user-friendly interface so the user would appreciate the website update. We also were able to test the website on the customers of the company, which I appreciate a lot. We also developed the website banners with the client's team so the style of the company would sty recognizable. 

Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the result, and I learned a lot during the work process.
