Welcome to Measuring Time, a journey through the evolution of timekeeping. In the past, the passage of time was marked solely by the alternation of day and night. As civilizations progressed, they sought more precise ways to measure time, leading to the development of various instruments. This short motion graphic project showcases the evolution of time measurement from sundials to mechanical clocks.

Style Exploration 

Each frame was hand-drawn using Procreate, then animated in After Effects. The decision to adopt this visual style centered around a single color palette was a style choice imposed by the client. We embraced a bold and vibrant purple hue to infuse the project with dynamism while retaining its educational essence.​​​​​​​
