Welcoming this Dragon Year with my collaboration project with ALDO! Enhancing the four products from ALDO Lunar New Year collection by creating bold and playful key visuals with my visual style.
For this collection, I looked within myself and my Lunar New Year rituals. The most memorable moment is having this annual feast at my grandma’s house where my family always get together. Connected to that, the inspiration for the visuals came from unique Chinese tablewares that often found in Chinese household. Simplified the ornaments and turned them into bold and playful elements to respond the ALDO Lunar New Year products.
Besides the four key visuals, I also created some contents for the socials. The visuals were also applied as window display accross selected regions in Asia.
