I worked alongside the Sage marketing and web team on this UX Design project. Responding to what the user needed from their career search made for a website that is on brand, easy to navigate and based on real visitor feedback.
From a laborious application process with low engagement and disjointed journeys, we totally transformed the website. Now, the experience aligns with visitor goals and guides then through a journey of discovery, refinement and action specific to their location, experience and working patterns; a place where users have a more enjoyable time searching for a new role.
