The challenge of this task was to produce a video of the International Women's Day for iFood with a short deadline, just a few days before the date in question and utilizing only stock footage, because there weren't able time do shoot a film.
/Creation process
It all started with the copywritting team creating the script and sending it to record the voiceover. Meanwhile, I was separating the images I was going to use. In this search and curation stage, my objective was to find videos that visually represented Brazilian women and that were mostly set in restaurants or related environments.
After receiving the recordings, I proceeded to cutting the audio and assemble the video skeleton within Adobe Premiere. Then I went in a search for a motivational and inspiring soundtrack that fits the text and my image selection.
After selecting the desired images and editing them with the voiceover and soundtrack, I switched to Adobe After Effects to create the lettering insertions and animations.
Everything was ready and reviewed, audio adjustments made and the video went for client approval. After only a minor adjust pointed by the client it was done and delivered.
/Feedback
Pleasing the agency's client is good, but the real feedback comes when you manage to please the final consumer, the user. Seeing the public's positive response to the result of this project is the best possible indication that the mission has been accomplished. Check it out.
/Conclusion
Even with limited time and resources, it was possible to deliver a quality video, with agility and assertiveness by following well-organized and targeted processes.
