I have been working together with Mónika for a little bit more than a year and a half. She has joined our company in very exciting and hectic times, when roles and responsibilities were shifting and moving. Mónika has taken the tasks she has been given always with a very humble and loyal approach, while she remained excited and motivated for his new tasks throughout the process.
Her role as graphic designer was strongly related to our new marketing department, primary tasks were creation and permanent updating of our brandbook, working on banners and media content for sales channels, working together on online catalogues, brochures and other sales materials. She was easy to work with and had a very good sense of understanding the needs of her current projects. I founid it very simple to communicate with her during the whole project.
After a year we needed to cut costs in marketing and Mónika has proven herself in her new role in our creative design department. Here she learned the basics of our product development and contributed towards design and product development for 6 months. She was always interested in learning new topics, brining in new ideas and was highly creative the whole time.
