Aren is the main character of the film "Loneliness of Tomorrow" by Ekaterina Masyutina. 

A yard boy, Artemy's best friend. He feels very hard, his heart cannot stand what he sees, hears and feels. A little crazy, but very, very kind and loving. He killed Artemy. 

The make-up for the Aren's character was designed and made for "RYBASAURUS" performance at "GROUND Solyanka", June 2023.

GROUND Solyanka is a gallery-workshop with a focus on the development 

and popularization of innovative trends in the field of contemporary art and culture, 

and a cross-disciplinary approach in its activities.

Aren is the main character, so his makeup should attract attention. 

For makeup, I used bright different colors as a metaphor for the diversity of emotions 

and feelings of the character. 

One side of the face is clearer, the other is smeared, "erased" — 

the image of the dissolving personality of the character after the murder of his friend. 

The side is also in the colors of an open wound. Displaced black and white (as if dead) mouth symbolizes Artemy's inability to express his feelings in words.
