Continuity of Operations (COOP) was initiated by the New York City Office of Emergency Management to help prepare government agencies to continue delivering services to the public during emergencies or disruptions. The brochures call to attention the necessary steps and illustrates the notion of continuity by creating the name with arrows that are in constant motion. Project design was initiated and completed at C&G Partners.
