Resources
Health & Precariousness

RESAP is a website that aims to be a practical tool for health professionals who do not feel sufficiently trained to take care of patients in situations of social vulnerability. Doctors can find, through thematic factsheets, advices and ressources to better help them guide and support their patients in precarious situations.

The “Health Resources & Precariousness” project was first initiated by the “Réseau Social Rue Hôpital“ (Street Hospital Social Network) of Lyon’s metropolitan area and several organizations quickly contributed to the project. This network brings together different health institutions that support people who are socially and economically vulnerable. Among them are: “Médecin Du Monde“, “La fédération des acteurs de la Solidarité“ and numerous social actors like the “PASS“ and “SAMU Social“…

The visual identity and web design for this project is based on the concept of the link. Whether it is the one that binds doctors to their patients or the link which seeks to connect social and medical actors. Like a thread or a breadcrumb trail that must be followed to better guide the procedure and trace the patient’s journey.
