Flow is an innovative kitchen scale concept that not only weighs the content, but can also separate a desired amount of it for further cooking or storage in its interchangeable containers. The content flows from the upper to the lower container and the process can be stopped when the desired quantity is reached. It is operated by the trigger and the input-wheel on the handle. Information is shown on the built-in display.
