Twist performed a SWOT analysis of the organization, interviewing employees at all levels; initiated and helped analyze customer research; developed positioning; and recommended organizational changes to help deliver on a proposed strategy. Twist developed a marketing communications plan and helped GSK reintroduce the organizationunder a new name. Tactics included graphic identity, brochures, internal direct mail, intranet promotions, and a launch expo at multiple corporate sites.
