This is my second rusty plate project. The original calligraphy is made by talented Irinel Papuc, many thank's to him for letting me do this. First the metal plate was spraypainted with Irinels calligraphy, then the plate was put outside to rust after that sprayed with matte clear coat. The frame I made with concrete.
