Completely Arbortary asked me to illustrate their January Cone of the Month. Since I'm a medical illustrator they thought it would be cool to see a cone in a cross sectional view. I agreed. After their approval of the sketch I illustrated this Austrian Black Pine (Pinus nigra). Thanks guys :)
