This innovative bidirectional cutting board, featuring a stainless steel storage layer, offers a seamless solution for chopping on one side and effortlessly transferring the prepared items to another space for storage. Simultaneously, the opposing side accommodates the slicing of larger produce, ensuring that any released juices are efficiently directed into the integrated storage tray through thoughtfully designed inclined channels. This not only facilitates easy drainage but also provides the option to either empty the tray or harness the collected liquid for reuse.
