In 2022 the studio worked on a series of private residences with a total area of 800-1200 sq.m as a part of an international team of architects and developers. This experience brought out a new approach to the construction of the Premium segment suburban housing that includes the creation of unique residences, thought out in every detail. Contemporary architecture, innovative technical solutions and high-quality materials form the basis of the signature design by NIDO.
Open space solutions of most of the areas of the house and glass dividers usage add natural light through panoramic windows whereas stone elements (marble, granite and travertine) along with some rounded wall and construction corners benefit to the sense of tranquility and peace all through the residence.
