Celebrating the beginning of the lunar new year is a beautiful cultural tradition during Tet, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year. According to tradition, older individuals put money into red envelopes to celebrate the age of children, with the implication of a new year full of health and luck.

The "lì xì" set is inspired by the diversity and richness of Vietnamese culture during Tet. By combining images from the 12 zodiac animals, traditional folk games, the three buds (tam cúc), "tấm bùa" for luck, and festive decorations on flowering branches, it aims to convey positive meanings and wishes for a lively, bright, and prosperous new year.

The creativity in using warm, vibrant color palettes from fabric dye, along with traditional patterns and shapes, has created a modern artwork with a deep cultural essence, reflecting the spirit of traditional Tet.
