Undertaking the Design Process: Exposure Under a New Light - research

Graphic design process is a mixture of research, endless subject material, and practice with countless inspiration from other disciplines and fields. It combines detailed investigation and strategic planning with a huge doze of creativity.

As a graphic designer student I am particularly interested in the flow of ideas, thoughts and experience that creates a finished object/product. In my project I want to draw attention to the importance of design process itself, reveal everything that stands behind final outcome and is normally hidden from the consumer.
Information overload during research part of the design process. (Idea developing, experimentation with materials)
Design Process - gathering information (research) - information silent vs chaos
MA Graphic Design (2013-14)
In normal circumstances, receivers have no opportunity to uncover the design process and the amount of work that has been invested in—and which is hidden behind—the outcome. My aim is to reveal the mystery of the design process resting beneath it.

In my work I want  to place emphasis on the research stage, which I consider to be the most crucial in the entire process.
