The series "Remembering" is based on the fact that memory is what makes up our lives and that we live our lives with it, and that the loss of memory continues its existence against the changing world and time in our lives, as director Luis Buñuel said, "We need to start losing our memory, even if it is piece by piece, to realize that memory is what makes our lives. Life without memory is not life. Our memory is our coherence, our reason, our emotion, even our action. Without it we are nothing..." He proceeded on the basis of this statement. The general subject is memory and family photographs. From this point of view, the series, which focuses on the story and archive of my own family, establishes a connection between the past and the present, where we exist with our memories in life processes. The photographs that remind us of the past become dusty over time, creating a visual expression of the memories and unfinished memories in our minds that we cannot remember over time.
