The project is located at Nanakramguda - the heart of Hyderabad’s financial district and is a commercial tower consisting of high-end retail and office space. The building features step terraces in an elegant form, manifesting a sense of ambition and continuity that enhances user interaction with the surrounding. The stepped form creates a possibility to have terraces that can be landscaped at every level connecting indoor spaces with the outdoors. Moreover, modern technology makes the building sustainable and efficient. The interiors are designed in a modern and luxurious manner adhering to the elegant form of the building
