Interlude Coffee Table

A coffee table designed mainly for offices’ and clinics’ reception, where clients/patients have to wait for their turn. Its entwined shape allows people sitting in different direction to have acess and grab a magazine or a book. Moreover, the space it has can be used for placing decorative objects or placing books and magazines where the spine is visible through the transparent glass, thus higlighting the appealing and captivating book spine designs, that people may skip and leave un-noticed.

A piece designed for Awtad Design Hub, where the aim was to design pieces for corporate use. The shape of the table was chosen for its practicality in the options it allows between placing decorative items or books and magazines, and being user-oreinted and friendly.
