It is an app designed specifically as a drinking game for the movie Inception. 

 

For those unfamiliar, a drinking game is a social game played when a group of people watch a tv show or movie and wish to consume alcohol while doing so. Rules are things that happen frequently in a movie, for instance, a Friends drinking game rule might be 'Drink every time Joey says "How you doin'?"

Before you can begin setting up the game, the player must plug in the alcohol content of their beverage.

Next, the player chooses how hard they will play the game. This step, in combination with the input of alcohol content, will decide how many rules should be played with in order to get the desired results.

By selecting Custom, the player may choose his own rules to play with. The rules are split into Sip and Chug. Sip rules occur frequently, while Chug rules only happen occasionally. 

The players choices are broken down on the next screen, where they can see if they need to add more rules or take some away in order to get desired results. 

To begin the playing, the app needs to synchronize with the audio from the movie. 

With synched audio, the app will vibrate to remind you when to take sips...

...and remind you when to chug. Happy drinking!
