Effective Planning

In a world of fast-paced living, where tasks accumulate and time becomes increasingly scarce, Polyplan acts as a reliable navigator in the ocean of everyday responsibilities. The main mission of the Polyplan calendar is to restore order in daily tasks, transforming it from chaotic task overload into an organized and efficient process.

Why?

I started thinking about the concept of my "ideal" planner when I moved to a new phone with a different operating system, and my familiar planner became unavailable. I had to try out many free planners to find one that was somewhat tolerable with the necessary features and without unnecessary distractions.

What I'm looking for in a convenient calendar and have implemented in the concept of Polyplan:

Time and nerve saving

- quick task input
Variability

- grouping tasks by different categories
Only the necessary

- minimalism in the interface without unnecessary noise

The backstory of the idea

In the summer of 2023, I took part in a collaboration with the "Степная сорока" typography. The essence of the collaboration is that there are 12 illustrators/designers, and each one draws their month.

After creating the month "MAY," I really wanted to continue developing the concept of words composed of geometric shapes and design all 12 months in this way. Then, I planned to create a printed calendar for myself as a keepsake. But the idea went beyond the scope of a regular desktop calendar.
