BlocPower is a pioneering climate technology company that overhauls buildings for improved energy efficiency. With a focus on analysis, financing, and upgrades, BlocPower addresses a critical issue: buildings contribute to 32% of U.S. energy consumption and 19% of greenhouse gas emissions, affecting people of color and low-income communities first and the worst.

Our task was to draw attention to these issues by designing a bold brand identity that embodies technology, innovation, and optimism. The new logo fuses a city block with the circuitous shape of the power grid, while the gradient pathway of cooling blue and warming yellow symbolizes energy at the heart of the company.

Today BlocPower's impact is substantial. It ranked #4 in Fast Company's Most Innovative Company list and earned a spot on TIME 100's Most Influential Companies List. Investors like Goldman Sachs, Andreessen Horowitz, and Microsoft have committed $250 million. This support propels BlocPower's vision of a future where every home and building can be an opportunity for progress.
