In my current role as the Director of Operations at ReadyForSocial, I oversee global operations for the mid-sized company, managing a substantial budget of $10MM+. I deployed Thought Horizon products in 15 countries across 14 languages, spearheading process enhancements that reduced account login time by 30 seconds per account. My operational leadership optimized agency systems and processes, improving project management, capability and teaming, utilization, and chargeability.
