I wanted this smoky yamahai sake to include all the elements that went into the creation of this beverage. It has a smoky, muted color palate to give it a hazy feel. The abstract shape emulates the mixing of ingredients, and the steam and smoke. The mountains are for the Smoky Mountain range in North Carolina in honor of the pitmaster that helped smoke the rice.
