Subsequently engulfed in the expectations of others, this work is about recoinciling who I am, who I was and who I am supposed to be with who my parents whether deceased or living want me to be. A balance of scales across different timelines against the mind and the heart, two elements that cannot operate in concert without upsetting the balance of my being.
