La Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos – ANH, Agencia Estatal del sector descentralizado de la Rama Ejecutiva del Orden Nacional, con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, es una Entidad enfocada en la administración de los recursos hidrocarburíferos de Colombia. Por ello, entre todas las vicepresidencias, especialmente la de Promoción y Asignación de Áreas, realizan un esfuerzo mancomunado para la creación de la Rondas, espacios en donde se da la Oferta de bloques en donde se hace la exploración y producción de los energéticos. En el 2021, se celebró la Ronda Colombia 2021 (Colombia Round 2021).
The National Hydrocarbons Agency, a State Agency of the decentralized sector of the Executive Branch of the National Order, with legal personality, its own assets and administrative, technical and financial autonomy, attached to the Ministry of Mines and Energy, is an entity focused on the administration of Colombia's hydrocarbon resources. Bajo los parámetros establecidos por la Presidencia de la Entidad, se requiere el implementar el territorio nacional como primerísima inspiración. De ahí, se amalgama con la representación de bandera como país, para que internacionalmente las empresas habilitadas para el proceso y el sector a nivel internacional reconozca por la marca el espacio geográfico al que corresponde este proceso de Oferta.
Under the parameters established by the Presidency of the Entity, it is required to implement the national territory as the first inspiration. Está compuesto de un identificador con fuente sans serif, intentando así unirse con las formas del símbolo que se reconoce por medio de áreas que asemejan la idea de los bloques ofertados en el Mapa de Tierras que se implementa en la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos. Se usa Avenir como tipografía del identificador
It is composed of a logo with sans serif font, trying to join with the shapes of the symbol that is recognized by means of areas that resemble the idea of the blocks offered in the Land Map that is implemented in the National Hydrocarbons Agency. Avenir is used as the typography of the logo.
SISTEMA CROMÁTICO / CHROMATIC SYSTEM
Con la representación cromática de la Bandera de Colombia, se hace una paleta que sea lo más sencilla posible, comunicando al usuario de una forma muy sutil y elegante. Se toma una paleta tricromática en el símbolo y acompañada de una ausencia de luz para poder equilibrar los pesos horizontales. Como usos secundarios, se usan contrastes entre un azul opaco y un naranja con brillo para dar alternancia a la comunicación.
With the chromatic representation of the Colombian flag, a palette is made as simple as possible, communicating to the user in a very subtle and elegant way. A trichromatic palette is taken in the symbol and accompanied by an absence of light in order to balance the horizontal weights. As secondary uses, contrasts between an opaque blue and a bright orange are used to give alternation to the communication.
