“风起西关：永庆营造叙事”展览由永庆坊主办、CABLE策展。展览以营造为视角，从多维角度记录了永庆坊片区的规划理念、设计成果和文化多样性。

永庆坊街巷景观与建筑室内的微改造，强调保持岭南建筑风貌特色。我们以传统与当代两条时间线索切入，以文字所传达出的时代景象作为视觉基础，将楷体代表的传统意向与像素字所代表的现代意向相结合诞生出新的景象。我们将具有岭南特色的花窗元素作为文字的最小单元嵌入像素文字中的最小单位方格中，并同时以多样的色彩点缀，形成具有岭南文化特色的当代视觉。由此为观众带来强烈的关于“现代传统”的视觉印象，感受永庆坊片区改造的多样性成果，见证历史建筑的当代想象空间。

The exhibition "Marrating Yong Qing Fang" is organized by Wing Ching Place and curated by CABLE. Organized by Yongqingfang and curated by CABLE, the exhibition documents the planning concepts, design achievements and cultural diversity of the Yongqingfang district from a multi-dimensional perspective.

SURE Design undertook the overall visual design of the exhibition.

The micro-remodeling of the street landscape and building interiors of Yongqingfang emphasizes the maintenance of Lingnan architectural features. We used two time clues, traditional and contemporary, as the visual basis for the visualization of the times conveyed by the characters, combining the traditional intention represented by the italic characters with the modern intention represented by the pixelated characters to create a new scene. We have embedded the Lingnan characteristic flower and window elements as the smallest unit of the text into the smallest unit of the grid in the pixel character, and at the same time embellished it with a variety of colors to form a contemporary vision with the characteristics of the Lingnan culture. The result is a strong visual impression of "modern tradition", a sense of diversity in the transformation of the Yongqingfang area, and a witness to the contemporary imagination of the historic building.
