Adam Willams, is a great photographer (https//www.australianphotographer.com), and his free Easy Way courses, taught me much about Photoshop.
Many years ago I sent him a similar late-night pink sky photo. I could even see the pink with my own eyes. This 30 sec, f/10, ISO 250 photo was taken due south at 11:30 am on 1/6/2024. Adam said it might be caused by light noise. New York City, the city that never sleeps is south of the trees in my backyard. Could light noise be responsible for this not-photoshopped pink sky? I can not find this explanation by searching the web.
