Steps to a DIY coffee table
1. Find a wooden half pallet (not too beat up)
2. Sand, sand, and sand some more (you don't want splinters or nails sticking out)
3. Cut out some legs out of 4x4 in wood blocks.
4. Buy acrylic sheet (it's cheaper then glass)
5. Buy metal triangle bridge (for leg support)
6. Put a wood finish over the entire table (I used minwax)
7. Put acrylic on with velcro dots (or other means of adhesive)
For those interested in using beer coasters - I used about 40 that were
stapled underneath and inbetween the top layers of wood planks.
