Fuego, montaña, pagoda y flor; estas palabras traducidas incluyen el nombre, que es un juego de palabras, de este fine dining coreano situado recientemente en la ciudad de Guatemala. El director creativo de la marca, con una idea clara de lo que deseaba, nos reta a crear un branding que respetara la estética coreana tradicional pero con una dirección elegante y moderna; que combinara con el eclecticismo de la decoración del restaurante que bien parece una galería de arte moderno.
Para esto y tras realizar una investigación sobre referencias gráficas, colores, texturas y tipografías; realizamos el branding dedicando gran parte del trabajo a personalizar la tipografía y los detalles de la iconografía. Además parte importante del material era la realización del menú, del cual no solo se realizó el diseño y diagramación, sino que también se seleccionaron los materiales, acabados y distribución del mismo.

Fire, mountain, pagoda and flower; these words translated include the name, which is a play on words, of this Korean fine dining restaurant recently located in Guatemala City. The creative director of the brand, with a clear idea of what he wanted, challenged us to create a branding that would respect the traditional Korean aesthetics but with an elegant and modern direction; that would combine with the eclecticism of the restaurant's decoration that looks like a modern art gallery.
For this and after conducting research on graphic references, colors, textures and typographies; we made the branding, dedicating much of the work to customize the typography and details of the iconography. In addition, an important part of the material was the creation of the menu, of which not only the design and layout were made, but also the materials, finishes and distribution of the menu were directed by us.
