Challenge
EN - Over the years, the brand, which has been operating and consolidated itself in the market for a long time, naturally ended up being left behind, frozen in time. As expected, problems began to arise due to the noise in the brand's communication. From that point, we began a mapping of Sam's weaknesses and, consequently, developed solutions that covered everything from the look to the positioning, name and subtle details
PT - Com o passar dos anos, a marca, que há muito tempo atua e se consolidou no mercado, acabou naturalmente ficando para trás, congelada no tempo. Como era de se esperar, começaram a surgir problemas devido aos ruídos na comunicação da marca. A partir desse ponto, iniciamos um mapeamento dos pontos fracos da Sam e, consequentemente, desenvolvemos soluções que abrangeram desde o visual até o posicionamento, nome e detalhes sutis.
Solution
EN - During the research and immersion stage to build the strategy, we went back in time to understand each pillar that supports the brand, its origin and each belief rooted over these years. In the midst of this moment we came across a beautiful story, which brought us to the construction of a visual universe full of strength, sophistication, leadership and elegance, guided by Sam's roots and everything that has been cultivated in all these years.
PT - Durante a etapa de pesquisa e imersão para construção da estratégia, voltamos no tempo para entender cada pilar que sustenta a marca, sua origem e cada crença enraizada ao longo desses anos. Em meio à este momento nos deparamos com uma história linda, que nos trouxe à construção de um universo visual cheio de força, sofisticação, liderança e elegância, guiado pelas raízes da Sam e tudo que foi cultivado em todos estes anos.
