This is a charity appeal for the Topsy foundation, an HIV/AIDS organisation in South Africa. We created a character Kevin who lives a typical middle-class existence and suffers from typical middle-class ailments. This is in contrast to Elizabeth who needs one pill to help survive with HIV.
