Getscope

Getscope is a project management tool that offers an all-in-one solution for seamless collaboration. They were looking to use explainer videos to demonstrate how their tool makes project management easier and more collaborative for teams. We created a series of explainer videos that creatively illustrate how the tool works.

Step 1; scripts

Based on the information we gathered from Getscope, we explored different ways to tell an engaging story, and created well-structured scripts that would inform the entire video creation process.

Step 2; storyboards

We made storyboards for each explainer video, outlining the scenes, transitions, and voice-overs. We also made sketches and notes to illustrate the visual style and tone of the videos.

Step 3; animation

After the storyboards were finalized and approved, our motion designer started working on translating these static visuals into a fluent animation. We created a total of 7 videos, five of which are about the five different types of projects you can create in Getscope, and two more general videos.

Step 4; voice-overs

To bring everything together, we worked with both a Dutch and an English professional voice-over artist to get the right tone of voice for effectively communicating the information to both demographic target audiences.

Step 5; production & publishing

After adding all the finishing touches and getting the videos ready, we published them on the Getscope’s website and on their YouTube channel to inform website visitors and users of all the possibilities of the tool.
