For this task, the objective is to select a still image featuring 2-3 elements and incorporate movement to these elements using Adobe After Effects. The resulting motion graphic video should have a duration of 10 seconds, including both the title and credits.
To accomplish this task, I began by selecting a static image online. My choice was an illustration of a grey and white cat by Giuseppe Ramos, obtained from Vecteezy. Then, I imported the image into Adobe Illustrator and separated specific elements for animation, such as the head, ears, paws, tail, and the yarn ball. After organizing these elements into separated layers, I saved the file as an Adobe Illustrator file and imported it to Adobe After Effects.
In Adobe After Effects, I used keyframes to animate selected parts of the cat, manipulating their positions and scales. I then used both Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere to incorporate transitions, texts, and audio into the video. Once done, I exported the final video through Adobe Media Encoder Queue.
