"Love Hurts" is Sara Rosa Corazón's first book, and compiles nearly six years of her artistic journey as a tattoo artist. Over the past year, I've had the privilege of working on the editing and editorial design of this captivating book, which is thoughtfully divided into three chapters: "Stencils and Healed Tattoos," "Fresh Tattoos," and "Drawing, Paintings, and Other Projects." Each one of these chapters has very different content which allowed us to play creating different compositions and configuration styles throughout the book, giving each chapter a special interest.
Spanning across 247 pages, "Love Hurts" navigates through Sara Rosa's imaginative world. Her voice acts as a guiding force, leading you through a showcase of her most remarkable works and projects, spanning various mediums including ink, paper, and digital art.
