A series of photographs taken in and around the Covent Garden and Soho area of London, England.
The aim of the compositions was to focus close in on the details of the street scenes, using telephoto lens and shallow depth of field to render the background out of focus. As with other recent projects these have been taken with apertures of F/5.6 or larger and focal lengths between 55mm and 200mm.
Most of the images have been rendered in black and white to illustrate the forms of the scenes without the distraction of colours.
