This story originated from my desire to understand my grandfather, who was associated with Taiwan's White Terror period.

However, in addition to depicting my imagined portrayal of my grandfather's past, a significant portion of the book focuses on my own feelings towards the historical events.

This book was selected for inclusion in the National Human Rights Museum's submission project.
