5STAR IS CHANNEL5'S TRENDY TWIN BROTHER AIMING TO A FRESH AUDIENCE WITH COOL PROGRAMMING AND SERIES FROM AROUND THE WORLD.

THE MAIN CONCEPT BEHIND THE REBRAND WAS TO GIVE THE CHANNEL A NEW AND FRESHER LOOK, EVOLVING IT ACCORDING TO NEW NEW UPCOMING PROGRAMMING.

FOCUS OF THE VISUALS WAS ON BRIGHTER COLOURS AND FRIENDLY TYPOGRAPHY. WE TRIED TO GIVE A FEELING OF INVISIBLE ENERGIES THAT CONNECT THE VIEWER TO THE CHANNEL, SO DISPLACEMENT AND INVISIBLE MASKS HAVE BEEN A MAIN TOOL.



MY PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT IN THIS REBRAND HAS BEEN MAINLY IN DEVELOPING THE VISUAL STYLE (STYLEFRAMES AND MOODBOARDS), COLOR PALETTE AND TYPOGRAPHY SYSTEM FOR BOTH THE RE-BRAND AND IDENTS.
