Problem the brand faces: The brand faces several challenges in the competitive pet food market. Firstly, Pawsome struggles with differentiation, often blending into a sea of similar offerings. Additionally, its inconsistent branding fails to create a memorable identity, impeding consumer connection. Furthermore, limited product visibility both on shelves and online hinders the brand's potential to reach a broader audience.
