Jawa 50 type 210 Racer
Product of Czechoslovak brand Jawa, produced in Kolárovo city (also Gúta, at south part of Slovak Republic), produced at the end of (communist) 80s. Most advanced product of Kolárovo plant, IMHO. Two stroke, two speed, Vmax 40+ km/h, pulls nicely. Reworked stronger fork and frame compared to the previous one-speed type 207-300 and 207-500.
Jawa 350 type 634 Cafe redesign
Would like to take it to a night ride so I added quickly tuned 2 stroke race exhausts and lights. And front disc brake! Lowered front suspension is a must.
Jawa 350 type 634 Stance
Passed my driving license on this machine looong time ago. No other motorcycle is so precious to me. I think this is the best looking Jawa, ever. I prefer 634 even over newest models developed by Mahindra. However, it was constructed the way it is, so it got long chopper forks. The proportions are little off. The new 350 Shineray based version is completely off.
Let´s do some modifications. Front fork - 50mm, rear units +50mm, decently shortened exhaust. Modern tires. Czech electronic ignition (VAPE). Modified seat. Rounded mudguard ends. Slightly lowered front light brackets. I do not like the plastic indicators panel in between tachometer and speedometer. But that is another story already. Maybe, just maybe I would consider to use 4T Honda/Shineray engine. But then you will miss that deep 2T exhaust sound.

Wanted to discover what is available in stock, in 2015. What are the color/gear combinations. I created a PSD overview.

Stickers
Some stickers to my helmet, to the gas tank, chain tension setup reminder to the swing arm, ditto for the tire pressures and playing with colors.
Rally windshield
Designing high windshield to eliminate wind buffeting. Experimenting with aerodynamics. Different windshield/fairing materials (glass fiber, plexiglass). Ended up using commercial plexiglass windshield and made custom elastic washers to create offset to the headlight fairing mounting point. This way air flow has been improved.
Motorcycle servicing
And while we talking about designing, stickers, developing fairing, service and maintenance are essential as well. Here I added GPS navigation, maintained needle bearings in the rear suspension (dog bones), added fresh fork oil, made short USB GPS cable, changed steering bearings and handlebar, fixed stuff here and there.
