My Key Take-away on the Project
Conducting research early in the design process helped me gain a clear understanding of the users pain point, motivations and behaviors, leading to better design solution
• I have also learned to never assume anything about users or believe I understand a user problem completely until I have done an adequate study.
• I also discovered how important it is to consistently solicit user input, particularly while doing usability tests.
