As part of the Visual Writing Assignment at university, I wrote a mindfulness and wellbeing-themed manifesto and designed its presentation in book form. In the process of writing, I made the deliberate choice to structure it as a poem. I wrote about some feelings I have felt, the things I learned from meditating, and how the Buddhist philosophy helps in coping with difficult emotions, stress, pressure, and anxieties.
