Ginko Japanese Cuisine is a popular Japanese restaurant located in Toronto, Canada that serves fresh authentic Japanese dishes. Ginko has long been a mainstay in the Toronto Japanese community since 1984. Ginko offers a wide selection of carefully curated sake imported directly from Japan.
Evea worked closely with the owner, master chef Shigeo Kimura, to refresh the identity.
In addition to the refresh of the identity, we also worked with the wait staff to develop the restaurant collateral. We also provided art direction for the promotional items, with a colour palette and visual styles.
