Stratton Island
Every year thousands of Arctic terns, and other seabirds flock to the shores of a minuscule Islet located in the waters of Casco Bay, Maine. Seabird Biologists from The National Audubon Society live on island from early Spring to late Summer in order to study these delicate species and further seabird conservation efforts worldwide. The following images were captured on assignment for The National Audubon Society's Audubon Seabird Institute.
