The inspiration was derived from Ancient Greece. The models were Nymphs and other related Greek mythology characters. I wanted to incorporate famous Ancient Greek statues such as Nice of Samothrace , Caryatids , Demeter and Persephone (pediments from the Parthenon) in this specific series. Using elements from the collection such as blossom trees were very important to me because they transmuted romanticism to the series. Faces represented and used were Bianca Balti and Monica Bellucci, as well as Roberto Bolle.
