In Search of the Trational Handmade Fabrication # 1 : Pang-Daeng-Nai Village, Chiangmai, Thailand.

 

The way of life and the creation of fabrication are coherent in the northern part of Thailand. My team and I traveled to Chiangmai province where is one of the finest place in the culture reservation in Thailand. The distance to Pang-Daeng-Nai Village is quite far and in the rough terrain. We had to go in 4WD and climbed up to some bad soil road. Soon we got lost from the GPS due to the lack of cellphone signal. But the show must go on and the only way to reach the destination was to ask the strangers passing by. We felt fear to approach the wrong guys and put ourselves into danger but it never happens in that way. The villagers told us the direction in the local accents which may be hard to understand but it was the best advice we can get there at that time.
