TouchDesigner overview:

I am exploring the intersection of sound data and visual art through my latest project. This concept delves into the utilization of mid, low, and high sound frequencies to generate a specific particle system, integrating TouchDesigner and Ableton Live. The centrepiece of my installation is a circular projection, symbolic of an eye. This idea was sparked by a compelling scene in ‘Blade Runner 2049,’ where explosions and fire are reflected in an eye. My interpretation expands on this, using sound frequencies to create an infinite array of particles, thereby bringing this ‘eye’ to life.

This project is not just a visual spectacle; it is an exploration of deeper connections. I aim for the eye to not only be a visual element but also an interactive entity that observes and connects with the viewer. This concept is inspired by the philosophy that eyes are windows to the soul, a theme poetically expressed in the film ‘I Origin.’ In this work, I aspire to demonstrate that eyes convey much more than mere visual information – they are a portal to understanding an individual’s existence and soul
