Service Design Project :
A hospital wants to improve their appointment attendance rates by using telephone, SMS and email reminders in conjunction with an online booking service. They already have a basic SMS notification system and want to test how to improve the existing service using data and customer insight.
Brief: Currently they have a 35% rate of patients failing to attend appointments. They want to know how much they can expect this to improve if they implement a new system.
